ANGELA K. POSKEVICH

Johnston City-Angela K. Poskevich 78 passed away at 7:15 A.M. Sunday July 6, 2025 at the Parkway Manor in Marion.

Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Tuesday July 8, 2025 at the St. Paul's Catholic Church in Johnston City with Fr. Brian Barker officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the at the church. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery of Johnston City. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.

Angela was born on February 22, 1947 in Johnston City the daughter of Joseph and Palmira (Colombo) Poskevich.

She spent her entire career at the C.I.P.S./Ameren as a secretary at the Marion and Carbondale offices. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church.

She is survived by a sister, Marilyn Farthing of Johnston City; a nephew, Tom Farthing of Johnston City; a niece, Deb Farthing of Johnston City.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother-in-law, Paul Farthing.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Paul's Catholic Church or an animal rescue shelter of the doners choice.
