CHARLES "CHUCK" EDWARD SUITER JR.

Mt. Vernon–Charles "Chuck" Edward Suiter Jr., 75, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 3:37 P.M. the V.A. Medical Center in Marion.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M, Sunday February 7, 2021, in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City with Pastor Ron Mick officiating. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the Marion V.F.W., American Legion, and the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Sunday at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City.

Chuck was born on November 3, 1945 in Clarksville, TN the son of Charles Sr. and Margaret (York) Suiter. He married Marsha (Davidson) on November 1, 2015 in Marion. She survives.

He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked as a foreman for a metal cabinets and locker manufacturer.

He is survived by his 2 daughters, Christina Dinkins and husband John of Pittsburg and Brenda Riddle and husband James of Louisville; 2 grandchildren, Elizabeth and Wyatt Riddle of Louisville, a brother, Mike; and 2 sisters, Helen and Nancy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and 2 brothers, Mark and Darrell.
