CHRISTINE PAVLOVIC
Johnston City-Christine Pavlovic 97, of Johnston City passed away at 2:55 P.M. on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at the Herrin Hospital.

Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 16, 2014, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Johnston City with Fr. Richard Mohr officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Friday at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City.

Memorials may be made to TIP Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Christine was born on December 17, 1916 in Johnston City the daughter of Mike and Rosa Barra. She married Adam "Herb" Pavlovic in 1954. He preceded her in death on May 22, 2009.

Christine was a homemaker and a member of the Royal Neighbors. She was a member of the American Legion in Marion and the Friendly Club of Johnston City. She was a member of the St. Paul's Catholic Church of Johnston City and St. Ann's Altar Sodality.

She is survived by one son, Mike Pavlovic of Johnston City; one sister, Beatrice Williams and husband Eugene of Chicago; a nephew, Mike Williams; and three great nieces and their children.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, George Barra; and sister, Marguerite Barra.
