Crimson Dawn Bearden (Boilet), a cherished mother, wife, daughter, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, October 30th at the age of 48, surrounded by her family.

Crimson was born to Rannie "Dean" Boilet and Sheila Boilet (Layne) on December 3, 1975 in Johnston City, IL. She married her high school sweetheart and the love of her life, Allen Bearden on February 14, 1997. They shared over 31 years together. Crimson's most proud and joy, were her two children, Noah and Elijah Bearden. Crimson was later blessed with a daughter she called her own, Caroline Wilkus. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when they needed her the most, offering support, wisdom and most of all, love in abundance. Her children were the reason she smiled, laughed, and cried. They were truly her happy place.

To know her as a friend, was an honor. She treated everyone with respect and dignity. She walked through life with a gentle strength, touching lives of everyone she encountered with an unforgettable grace. Crimson always loved to reference everyone as "Hon" and she was the "Thelma to their Louise."

Crimson spent most of her life in Johnston City but later moved to Marion, IL with her family. If you didn't see her outside working in her yard, you would always catch her at Noah and Elijah's football games. She made sure to attend every game to cheer on her favorite players.

Crimson spent most of her career working in retail, banking, and caring for her parents. She was a fervent baker who also loved to cook. If she wasn't cooking or baking, you would catch her decorating and refurbishing furniture. Crimson had a knack for creating the most beautiful pieces, including her skill of drawing, which was passed down to her son, Elijah.

Crimson spent the last couple of years battling breast cancer. Her journey during this was difficult, but you never knew it. She always had a smile on her face and was the most loving soul to be around. She would always go above and beyond to help anyone even when she wasn't feeling the best. She was truly an angel.

The bond she had from with children was inimitable. They loved and adored her immensely. She was the link to their chain.

Survivors include, her children, Noah, Elijah, and Caroline. The love of her life, Allen Bearden; brother-in-law, Clyde(Phyllis) Gee; sister-in-laws, Lisa Hunsaker, Audrey Garrigus, Teresa Bearden, and Evelyn Redden; several nieces, nephews, and cousins, and her beloved fur-babies, Blue, Queenie, and Bumstead.
She was preceded in death, by her parents, brother, Justin Boilet; Mother-in-law, Donna Bearden; Father-in-law, Allen Bearden; Niece, Lisa Garner; and nephew, Jimmy Lumley.

Murman and Wilson in Johnston City is entrusted with the arrangements. Services will be held at a later date.
