DANIEL EUGENE DEMING

Johnston City-Daniel Eugene Deming, 32 of Johnston City passed away at 6:10 A.M. on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at his family home with his loving family by his side.

Daniel battled cancer since 2011, but "never gave up". His strength and determination inspired everyone he knew.

Daniel was born on April 5, 1983 in Herrin to Gary Deming of Goreville and Marsha (Dapkunas) Deming of Johnston City.

He is survived by his parents; brothers, Jason Deming and wife Angie of Arizona, Brian Taylor and wife Echo of Johnston City; a sister, JoAnne Kaminski of Marion; a special aunt, Madelyn Jones of Johnston City. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins too many to name also are left behind.

Daniel had a connection to everyone who met him and had many many friends, among them are, Ron and Bev Cullum, Kevin and Autumn Burnett, Jason Whittle, Becky Pina, Shannon Martin, and their families as well as Big P. and Shawn Samples.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Louie and Pauline Deming; and maternal grandparents, Bill and Vemba Dapkunas.

Daniel will truly be missed by all who loved him, including all his Facebook friends.
The family would like to thank the Pub (Charlie Sine) and gang and J.J. Ranch (Terri McVey) and The Mana Mission (Cheri Litton) for all of their support over the last four years.

Services will be held on Tuesday April 21, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home of Johnston City with Pastor Larry Marrs officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
