DAVID FOWLER

Thompsonville–David Fowler 59, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at home.

Services will be held at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City on Wednesday September 22, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. with Matt Crain officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery of Johnston City. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu  of flowers donations may be made to help with funeral expenses.

David was born on September 14, 1962 in Corinth, MS the son of John A. Fowler and Maglene (Stout) Killingsworth. He married Angela Marie (Whitfield) Fowler on May 9, 1996. She survives.

David worked at Tuck Tape in Carbondale and was a member of the National Labor's Union.

He is survived by two sons, Anthony Whitfield and David A. Fowler; a daughter, Selena Fowler and fiancé Joseph Leonard; three grandchildren, Lucas Leonard, Noah Whitfield, and Carter Whitfield, a sister, Barbara Vandivier; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Fowler and Connie Fowler.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Neal Whitfield; four brothers, J.W. Fowler, Stanley Fowler, Roger Killingsworth, and Odis Fowler.
