David M. McCollum,

Age 75, of Monee, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  David was born in West Frankfort, IL, the son of Gussie and Nona Mae McCollum.  He is formerly of Worth, IL, and was the owner/operator of McCollum Cartage.  David was a motorcycle enthusiast and enjoyed riding with his buddies.  He also enjoyed the many pets he has had over the years.

He is survived by his family, as well as many dear friends.

A graveside service will be held at the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City on Sunday March 28, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. Murman and Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston is in charge of arrangements.
