EDWARD RICHARDSON SR.

Johnston City-Edward Richardson Sr. 78, passed away at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 2, 2022 in Johnston City.

Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Friday January 7, 2022 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery of Johnston City.

Ed was born on May 1, 1943 in Burr, Missouri the son of Ernest and Bertha (Sisco) Richardson.

Ed was a Mechanic and a member of the Buccaneers Club of Johnston City.

Ed is survived by a daughter, Thresa Vaughn and husband Troy of Tucson, AZ, and Tonya LaRue of Johnston City; a son Ed Richardson Jr. and wife Beth of Johnston City; 7 grandchildren, Brittany Richardson and fiancé Derek, April Stilley and husband Jacob, Derrick Richardson and Meg, Coty Robinson, Trent Robinson and wife Chelsea, Garrett York and Tyler Donahue and wife Devannie; sisters, JoAnn, Joy, Judy, and Sally; brothers, Oscar, and John.

Ed was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Dakota York; one sister, Martha; two brothers, Jeff and Charlie.
