EDWARD JEWELL DAVIS

Marion-Edward Jewell Davis 79 passed away at 1:30 P.M. Thursday May 11, 2023 at home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday May 15, 2023, at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Murman & Wilson Funeral in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.

Edward was born in Goodlettsville, TN on December 8, 1943 the son of Pete and Florene (Edmonds) Davis. He married Regina Davis who preceded him in death.

He is survived by three daughters, Gina Harris, Christina Carter, and Tabatha Curry and husband Gerald; one son, Granger Davis; grandchildren, Thomas Carter, Jesse White, Jasmine Hawkins and husband Jon, Heather West and husband Justin, Camry Thompson, Jace Thompson, Ethan Curry, Aaron Cury, Alivia Davis, Logan Curry, James Davis, and Aubrey Davis, nine great grandchildren, sister, Della Freeman; brother, Grancy Davis; and sister-in-law, Sue Dickinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons, Thomas Ray Carter Jr. and Bryan Michael Davis; brother, Ronald Davis; and sister, Clarissa Upshaw.
