EMMA LOUISE KLINE
Johnston City-Emma Louise Kline, 92, of Johnston City, passed away at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday August 8, 2012 in Merrillville, IN.
Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday August 11, 2012 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Rev. Keith Fletcher officiating. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Funeral home.

Emma was born on February 20, 1920 in Johnston City the daughter of Harry and Berenice (James) Goddard. She married Robert Kline in 1947 in Johnston City. He preceded her in death on November 7, 2011.

Emma was a retired medical secretary for Inland Steel working there for 29 years. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Johnston City.

She is survived by one son, James Kline and wife Anna of Crown Point, IN; two grandchildren, Marla Warren and husband Jeffrey and Jeffrey Kline; four great grandsons; a niece and nephew, Joyce and Louis Schwarm of Marion; and a sister-in-law, Nellie Goddard of Marion.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Ralph Goddard.
