Evelyn "JoAnne" HARPER
West Frankfort-Evelyn "JoAnne" Harper, 70 passed away at 2:30 A.M. on Friday September 4, 2020 in the Frankfort Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Evelyn was born on October 28, 1949 in Dyer, TN the daughter of Jerry L. and Mary (Dawson) Harper.
She is survived by a daughter, Tomi Galbreth of Johnston City; 4 grandchildren, Adrianne, Keith, Jackson, and Wade of Johnston City; 2 brothers, Ron Harper and wife Kay of Johnston City and Randy Harper and wife Cynthia of Johnston City; 2 sisters, Sally Webster and husband Phillip "Pedo" of Herrin, and Cheryl Story of West Frankfort.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Jerrie F. Riley and Pamela S. Orr.
Per her request there will be no services. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.
