With heavy hearts we announce that Fay Etta Mae (Aldridge) Davis 75 of West Frankfort, IL. Has passed away on December 22, 2021 at 1:57 a.m.

Fay was born June 6, 1946 in St. Louis MO. to Dolly (Branson) Gibbs and Jessie Aldridge. She spent most of her time loving her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved to travel and be outdoors. But some of our fondest memories was her love to randomly dance anywhere with anyone (Jay Chapman). And her pamper Granny days. Where she got head to toe make-overs (Tylena Poe).

Fay was preceded in death by her parents, Step father Carl Gibbs, her lifelong love James (Pops) Gibbs, her son James (Jimbo) Gibbs Jr., her grandson Mark Franklin King Jr., and her brother Bill Gibbs.

She is survived by her 2 daughters; Jo Ann (Gibbs) Walters of West Frankfort, IL. and Nancy (Gibbs) Brian Bayless of Marianna, FL. 10 grandchildren; Brandi (Dunfee) Gunter of Nashville,TN., Kristal (Kazee) Ty Kazee-Lucero of Riverton, WY., Derek (Rose) Walters of Australia, Justin (Melissa) Walters of West Frankfort IL., Staci Dunfee of Stiritz, IL., James Stout of Hurst-Bush, IL., Carla Winters of West Frankfort, IL., Toni Riddle (Shawn) of Herrin, IL., Curtis Gibbs of Marion, IL., and Zoey Bayless of Marianna, FL.

18 great grandchildren; Kylee Dunfee, Jacob Brent, Kameran Kazee, Mikal Dunfee, Jaden Kuhn, Rhianna Dunfee, Jace Walters, Caylin Tesraeu, And-re Lucero, Krisley Duran-Lucero, Jaxen Winters, Sydney Walters, J.J. Walters, Lexi Parker, Jayden Riddle, Mason Riddle, Brenly Riddle, and Kyler Riddle. And 3 great great grandchildren; Keiser Zepplin and 2 others. One brother Ralphie-Dale (Sam) Gibbs and one sister Barbara Ann (Gibbs) Darter.

Fay is and will be greatly missed by those that know and love her.
