FLO KIRKPATRICK
Johnston City-Flo Kirkpatrick, 85, of Johnston City passed away on Monday March 30, 2015, at 7:40 P.M. at the Herrin Hospital.
Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday April 3, 2015 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Larry Stevens officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Maplewood Cemetery in Marion.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to WCPA "Meals On Wheels" of Johnston City. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Flo was born on September 1, 1929 the daughter of Julia and Fred Seagle. She was first married to Leon Davis who preceded her in death on November 9, 1965. She later married Tom Kirkpatrick on July 26, 1969 who preceded her in death on March 7, 2013.

Flo was preceded in death by her parents, Julia and Fred Seagle, and by her husbands, Leon "Zeke" Davis and William "Tom" Kirkpatrick. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, James R. "Si" (Ozella) Seagle, William David "PeeWee" (Dorothy) Seagle and sister Kathleen "Kitty" (James) Lewis, nieces Julia Lou Seagle and Donna Ferguson.

Flo will be sadly missed by sons, Kevin (Jamie) Davis of Pueblo, Colorado, Randy (Glenetta) Kirkpatrick and Tim (Patti) Kirkpatrick of Johnston City. Grandchildren Kelli (Brock) Babington, Kyle (Erika) Kirkpatrick, and Kris (Jessica) Kirkpatrick. Great-grandchildren, Kaden, Brady, Karson, and Kobie as well as several nieces and nephews.

Flo was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family dearly.

Her family would like to express gratitude to the doctors (especially Dr. Jeff Parks), Dr. Hopen, and nurses of Herrin Hospital. Their efforts were deeply appreciated. Also, to her nieces, Kathy, Diane, Kay and Annie who spent many days with her and always included her in their outings. Your kindness will always be remembered.
