GENEVA KATHRYN ADAMS
Thompsonville-Geneva Kathryn Adams 91, of Thompsonville passed away at 3:45 P.M. on Friday, August 15, 2014 at her family home.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, August 18, 2014, at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Roger Marvel officiating. Burial will be in the Somers Cemetery east of Johnston City. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Monday.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, Wounded Warriors, or to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Geneva was born on December 11, 1922 in Saline County the daughter of Harry and Mamie (Bond) Libby. She first married Earl Cravens who preceded her in death then she married Cecil Reynolds who preceded her in death and then she married Lloyd Eugene Adams who preceded her in death.

Geneva was a homemaker. She was a quilt maker who donated thousands of lap blankets and quilts to various charitable organizations.

She is survived by two daughters, Gloria Moore and husband Paul of Stiritz and Lois Kessel of Thompsonville; two sons, Steve Reynolds and wife Zoe of Degraff, Ohio and Harry Reynolds and wife Teresa of Johnston City; grandchildren, Greg Moore and wife Lisa of Johnston City, Libbie Miles and husband Chad of Goreville, Gina McCoin of Johnston City, Natalie Bilbrey and husband Michael of Herrin, Kelly Baggett and husband Randy of Energy, Traci Rivera and husband Mamo of Mason City, Jerry Dickerson and wife Kristen of Fort Drum, New York, Ashley Tanner and Keith Rogers of West Frankfort, Taylor Soper and wife Taylor of Valdosta Georgia, Robbie Reynolds of Johnston City, and Rebecca Reynolds of Clarksville, Tennessee; 16 great grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Moulton of Thompsonville and Mary Lou Schlinker of Anna; and one brother, Logan Libby and wife Velma of Metropolis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Anita Earline Cravens; a granddaughter, Amber Reynolds; a great grandson, Waylon McCoin; two sisters, Mildred Grant and Geraldine Libby; and a brother, Clifford Libby.
