JACOB MICHAEL STILLEY

Pittsburg–Jacob Michael Stilley 37 passed away in his loving wife's arms on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 2:00 A.M. at his home.  Cherished memories were made days preceding his death.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday November 1, 2024, at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City. Burial will be in the #8 Cemetery east of Johnston City. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M to 12:00 noon Friday at the funeral home.

Jacob was born on April 22, 1987, in Marion, Illinois. He is the son of Kevin Stilley and Galya (Russell) Godbey. He married April (Richardson) on April 25, 2015, who survives.

Jacob was an amazing mechanic that could work on anything. He loved muscle cars, speed, oval dirt track racing and video gaming. The faster the louder the better. He loved spending time with family and friends at local car show and race tracks. In his own words "he radiated awesomeness".

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Gayla (Terry) Godbey; his father Kevin (Valerie)Stilley; his sister, Jessica Stilley; aunt, Leana (Jon) Horn; grandmother, Brenda Moake; grandfather, Frank (Judy) Stilley; a host of loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and his race family.

He was preceded in death by great grandmothers; great grandfathers; aunts; and uncles.
