JAMES MANSKER

James E. Mansker 83, of Marion Iowa.

Beloved Son, brother, father, husband, uncle and grandfather and great grandfather.

Passed away Tuesday morning January 8th at 7:50 a.m. from a ongoing illness at St Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids Iowa.

He is proceeded in death by his loving wife Donna Mansker, his parents Hugh Mansker and Lucy Walters, and his son Timothy Mansker, and siblings Doris Strickland and Fred Walters.

James was born June 19, 1935 in St. Louis Mo.

He was a pastor and was passionate about leading people to Christ, praying for their healing and caring for his family.

Succeeded in death by his children:

Jimmie Mansker, Sherry Mahler, Terry Mansker, Cynthia Mansker, Dean Schnieders, Allen Wieland, Michelle Weston, Ralph Mansker, Tonya Williams and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday January 11, 2019 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Don Colson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
