JAMES MICHAEL PARKER
Cambria–James Michael Parker, 56, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 3:23 P.M. in the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday January 27, 2018, in the First Christian Church in Johnston City with Pastor Steve Higgs officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery of Johnston City. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the church. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.
James was born on February 15, 1961, in Ft. Campbell, KY, the son of James A. Parker Jr. and Marjorie (Harris) Williams. He married Kelly (Fisher) on October 10, 2011 in Marion. She survives.
James was a Survivalist Teacher.
He is survived by his mother Marjorie of Johnston City; his father James and wife Trang of Jonesboro, GA; two children, Jamie Michelle Musgrave and husband Jonathan of Ludocia, GA, and Bryana Jasmine Parker of Cambria; four great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Hailey and Richard Musgrave.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Bryan Parker.
