JAMES CHRIS SAMPLES
Marion–James Chris Samples 44, of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 8:45 A.M. at his family home.
Per his request he will be cremated and there will be no services. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.
He was born on January 14, 1965 in Marion the son of Johnny S. and Donna (Smiley) Samples. He married Lori (Scott) on July 23, 2002 in Marion. She survives.
He is survived by his mother of Marion; three daughters, Rosemary Samples of Marion, Sara Griebie of Goreville, and Saliba McCarty of Carterville; two sons, Travis Jones of MS, and Trevor Lee Jones and wife Amanda of Cambria; one grandson, Trevor Lee Jones II; two brothers, John "Butch" Samples and wife Gabriella of Marion, and Shawn Samples of Marion; and one sister, Lori Norman and husband Shawn of Spillertown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews..
He was preceded in death by his father.
