BEATRICE JANE MCINTOSH MCCALEB

Johnston City–Beatrice Jane McIntosh McCaleb 60, of Johnston City passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side as requested on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at 1:47 A.M.

Jane was born on July 19, 1956 in Herrin the daughter of Aston Bud and Pauline (Vick) McIntosh. She married John McCaleb and together they shared 33 loving years together.

Jane was a high school graduate, a homemaker, and health care giver. She also worked as a food server at the high school. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church of Johnston City.

Jane is survived by her husband of Johnston City; one daughter, Jennifer Lannom of Herrin; two grandsons, Kolton Lannom and Bryce Albright of Herrin who she cared for deeply; four brothers, Larry "Bo" Bruce McIntosh of Anna, Charles "Pete" Earl McIntosh and wife Jenny of Johnston City, Bobby Dale McIntosh and wife Jackie of West Frankfort, Randy Gene McIntosh and wife Teresa of Johnston City; one sister, Brenda Litton and husband Ronnie of Johnston City; sister-in-law's, Becky Cleary and husband Lee of Odell, Reba McCaleb of New Market, AL, Cathy Ackerson of Elkhart, IN; a brother-in-law. Mark McCaleb of Elkhart, IN; she had many nieces and nephews that she cared for deeply.

She also leaves behind two little fur babies that she loved dearly, Baby Girl of 17 years and Bandit.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Gary Keith McIntosh and Buddy Gale McIntosh.

Services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Friday July 22, 2016 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral home in Johnston City with Pastor Keith Fletcher officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Southern Illinois for loving care they gave to Jane and her family.
