Johnston City–Jimmy W. Pulliam 64 passed away on Wednesday February 9, 2022 peacefully at home.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday February 13, 2022 in the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City. Cremation to follow.

He was born on August 30th 1957 to Veda Long and Henry Pulliam in Chaffee Missouri. He was 1 of 9 children.

James is survived by his 5 children, Amy, Nikky (Cranston), Donald (Tiffani), Dustin (Megan), Becky (Michael). His step-children, Tara and Nevaeh (Dusty) Ronnie Jr., Robert, Steven, Corey and Stephanie; his longtime spouse of 25 years, Carol; his brothers, Ronald and Michael; his sisters, Kathy, Carol, Lauri; his 27 grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Veda (Mae) and Henry (Bud); his brothers Roger and Robert; his sister, Pauline; and his grandson Michael.

James was a longtime resident of Johnston City. He worked as a Direct Support Aide for 35 years. Jimmy spent his time working on and restoring vehicles, remodeling his home and helping out anyone he could. He was an avid fan of Harley Davidson.
