JOHNNY BOB MOORE
Johnston City–Johnny Bob Moore 68 of Johnston City passed away on Tuesday June 13, 2017 in the Herrin Hospital.
John was born Aug 26 1948, in Herrin Il, the son of Alice and John Moore. He married Dana Woody in Johnston City on Aug 22, 1987. She survives in Johnston City.
He was a retired coal miner, president of the buccaneers club, and a A.B.A.T.E. member. Johnny Bob lived for riding his Harley and his kids and grandkids.
Survivors include his wife, Dana Moore, son Darin Moore, daughter Nicci Moore, youngest daughter Chelsa Moore, Son (golden child) Timmy Payne, and (red headed step child) Pete Wilce. Grandchildren Lyndsay Moore, Parker Moore, Addy Schloss, Conner Hartley, Ayden Restivo, Bella Restivo, Jagger and Jax, and great grandchild Lexi Hays.
He was preceded in death by his parents John and Alice Moore. Services will be Saturday, June 17 2017 at Murman & Wilson Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Services will be starting at 1:00 P.M. with following grave site services.
