JOSEPH "JOE" F. BULLOCK
Johnston City-Joseph Fitzgerald Bullock 55 passed away on Monday March 8, 2021 at 12:43 A.M. at the Herrin Hospital.
Joe was born in Chicago, IL to Clarence and Christine Bullock. He was their fourth child. He was raised by Christine Bullock and lifetime partner Drake Foster in Chicago. In August of 95 Joseph met the woman he would spend the rest of his life with, Tammy Prince; they would later get married February 9 th , 1999. In March of 1997 they moved to Southern Illinois where he resided until his passing. Joe was an amazing man who always kept those around him laughing and smiling. He was the biggest jokester. He loved going fishing, taking drives, and sitting in his cars listening to music.
Joseph leaves behind his beloved wife Tammy Bullock; his six children; Anthony "Tito" and his wife Amanda Prince, Kristen "Mimi" Valentin and lifelong partner Greg Jones, Joseph "Jojo" Lanier, Maria Prince and lifelong partner Trenton "TC" Carson, Nina Prince, and Cozmos Bullock; ten grandchildren, Braxton, Anthony, Izzabella, Tyson, Angelina, Elliott, Amelia, Tamia, Ashlynn, and one on the way; his sister Glenda Bullock; his brother Michael Bullock; nieces Monic "Daughter" Bullock and lifelong partner Darnell "Big Country" Jones and Sydney Bullock; his nephew Jermey Bullock; two great nephews, Mondell and Cordell Jones, and many beloved family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Christine Bullock, his father Clarence Bullock Jr., his step father Virgil "Drake" Foster; his brothers David and George Bullock, his uncle June Robinson, and his godson Ulympius Bullock.
Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 13, 2021, at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
