Johnston City–Kathy Marie Grimes 60, of Johnston City passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 5:10 P.M. in her family home.

Services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday August 16, 2021, in the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

She was born on November 24, 1960 in Herrin the daughter of Troy and Donna (Owens) Williams.

She is survived by her mother;  the love of her life Roger Pritchett of Johnston City; two daughters, Tonya Wilson and Husband Jay of Johnston City and Sabrina Davis and Shawn Gardner of Johnston City; grandchildren, Cody Wyatt of York, Nebraska, Cpl. Michael Garland and wife Baylee of Fort Riley Kansas, Riley Garland of Johnston City, Miranda Garland of Johnston City, Samantha Garnder of Martinton, Brittany Gardner of Johnston City; great grandchildren, Raelynn, Willow, and Paisley of Martinton; a sister, Mary Ann King and husband Deon of Marion; three brothers, Vernon Williams and wife Heather of Crab Orchard, Billy Dean and wife Jeanne of Johnston City, and Todd Dean of Johnston City; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; many cousins; friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; a baby brother, Lil David; aunt, Tammy; grandparents; step-father, David Dean; and best friend Robin Stoner.

She was loved by all.
