Leanna Mae Charley was born September 13th, 1984, in Keams Canyon,

Arizona. The Lord called Leanna home from Baptist Memorial Hospital in

Union City Tennessee on the morning of March 21st, 2025.

Leanna brought the gift of compassion to the world. She always put the

needs of others before her own. Family was always the most important thing

to her. Leanna was a loving mother and wife, proud member of the Navajo

Nation and honored veteran of the Marine Corps. She graduated high

school early to join the Marines. She proudly served the Corps for 4 years.

She enjoyed spending time with family and planning gatherings for the

holidays. She loved hiking and camping with family and friends. She always

loved being outdoors.

Leanna is lovingly remembered by her husband Zacary Phillips, son Caleb

Charley; daughter Autumn Phillips; her mom and dad Sue and Jim Venters;

brothers Stanson Kee Joe, Michael A Charley, Lee Charley, Jr., Joe Venters;

and sisters, Angela Rocabado, Bobbi Perryman and Vonda Perryman; and

many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Leanna was preceded in death by her sister, Stephanie Charley, her father

Lee Charley, Sr. and her mother Mable Kee Joe.

Services will be held at Murman and Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City,

IL. Visitation will be on Saturday April 26th from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

Services will be at the funeral home at 1:00 P.M. Burial will be in Lakeview

Cemetery in Johnston City following the services.
