LINDA CALLAHAN

Johnston City-Linda Callahan 39 of Johnston City passed away on Saturday October 26, 2019.

Linda was born on February 22, 1980.

She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Blade of Johnston City; her father, Alvin Gilbert of Middletown, OH; one brother, Alvin L. Gilbert of Franklin, OH; one son, Tony L. Brotherton of Morristown, TN; a grandmother, Nina Young of Johnston City; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert Young; and grandparents, Ford and Marybell Gilbert.

She is also survived by a special person to the family, Robert Penn, who made a difference to everyone.

Linda was very dedicated; she took care of and helped her mother for many years. Linda loved music and the outdoors.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Residential Hospice and Benton Rehabilitation and Health Care.

There will be no services as this is Linda's wish.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to her mother.

Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City are in charge of arrangements.
