MARJORIE HARRIS WILLIAMS

Johnston City-Marjorie Harris Williams 81 passed away on Monday November 13, 2023 at 10:00 P.M. at home.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday November 17, 2023 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Steve Higgs officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.

Margie was born on December 24, 1941in West Frankfort to Gail and Wilma Harris. Margie is preceded in death by her beloved husband Kirby D. Williams and her sons James Michael Parker and Patrick Bryan Parker.

Marrgie leaves behind two granddaughters, Jamie Michelle Musgrave and husband Jon and Bryana Jasmin Parker; 5 great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Musgrave, Matthew Musgrave, Hailey Musgrave, Richard Musgrave, and Anthony Musgrave; one brother, Raymond and wife Annette; one sister, Debbie Pulley and husband Mike; as well as her beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.

Margie is a graduate of Johnstron City High School class of 1960. She was very strong in her faith and deeply loved her family and friends. She loved flowers and beautiful colors, as well as all living things.

In honor of Margie's love of beautiful colors, the family is going to honor her by wearing the beautiful colors she loved so much.
