MARY ROSE BRYMER
Johnston City-Mary Rose Brymer 85 of Johnston City passed away on Friday May 25, 2012 at 11:25 P.M. at the Herrin Hospital.
Services will be private. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Manna Mission. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
Mary was born on April 20, 1927 in Johnston City the daughter of John and Barbara (Golighty) Planinc. She married Charles Gene Brymer in 1946. He preceded her in death in 1987.
Mary was a housewife and loved to work in her flowers and yard. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Johnston City.
She is survived by a son, Randall Van Brymer of Johnston City; one grandson, Danny Brymer and wife Michelle of Johnston City; 2 great grandchildren, Austin "Cole" Brymer and Shellby Leigh Brymer; a brother, Carl Planinc and wife Virginia of Carterville; and a sister, Violet Mayer of West Frankfort.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers; 1 sister; and a daughter-in-law, Deneil Brymer.
