MICHAEL WAYNE MORRIS

Marion- Michael Wayne Morris, 50, passed away on Tuesday September 12, 2017 at his family home.

Michael Morris was a loving father, husband, son, brother, and uncle. He was born on April 7, 1967. He left behind a spouse Lisa Griffith, Son Troy, daughter Jessica, 3 grandchildren; Abigail, Jordan, Richard, his mother Mary, 3 brothers Corkey, Rickey, Bobby, 2 sisters Brenda and Ann, 3 sister in laws Debbie, Mary, and Amy, 6 nieces Emily, Sarah, Trisha, Casey, Jessica, and 5 Nephews David, Troy, Joey, Steve, and James.

He was Proceeded in death by his father Gerald Earl Morris, 2 Brothers David Alan Morris and Ronald Morris, 4 uncles Ronnie, Dean, Don, Everett Stucker, 1 nephew Chris Dowey, and grandmother Ina Stucker.

He led a full life and enjoyed his friends and work and was like family with everyone he worked with. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed being with his son Troy. He was a hard worker and a great person to be around. He could always bring a smile to your face. He enjoyed joking around and will be missed dearly.

Memorials can be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.

Services will be held at Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City on Monday September 18, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Dalton officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
