Services will be held at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday July 17, 2019, at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Chaplain Syl Vanek officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Nancy was born on February 3, 1953 in Morris, the daughter of Helen (McCormack) Griffiths. She married Bill Vanek. He survives.

She is survived by her mother; three sons; Casey O'Connell and wife Danielle O'Connell, Patrick O'Connell, Jason O'Connell, a daughter; Sara O'Connell; and five grandchildren; Josselyn O'Connel, Benjamin O'Connell, Aria O'Connell, Bailey O'Connell, and Kennedy O'Connell; a sister, Vickie Thompson; and a brother, William Griffiths.
