NANCY FAYE WALLACE

Johnston City–Nancy Faye Wallace 94, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 11:50 A.M. at the Parkway Manor in Marion.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday November 6, 2021 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Pastor Barry Robertson officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City.

Nancy was born on October 20, 1927 in New Virginia, the daughter of George and Ella (Lewis) Runnels. She married Jack Wallace who preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Washington Ave. Baptist Church of Johnston City.

She is survived by a son, Brian Wallace and wife Venita of Johnston City; 3 granddaughters, Jami Hickey and husband Travis of Marion, Kelli Paul and husband Chad of Norriton, PA, and Jennifer Bliss of Johnston City; 4 great grandchildren, Noah Bliss, Race Hickey, Eleanor Paul, and Levi Paul; and a special niece, Janice George.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Linda Wallace; and 2 sisters, Helen Brashear and Bernice Lantrip.

She was known to her grandchildren as NeeNee and to everyone else as grandma Nancy.
