NEDRA LOUISE (BARNES) SHIVER

Johnston City-Nedra Louise (Barnes) Shiver 86 passed away from this life on Tuesday September 30, 2025 to be with her Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her son, James Simpson (Tammie); her son, Kevin Simpson (Joyce); her daughter, Jamie Simpson; her grandchildren, Charlie Lynn, Nathan James, John Russell, Jeana Elizabeth, Jason Paul, and 11 others; her great grandchildren that exceeds over 20.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Shiver; her partner in life, Darvel Lewis; and her son, Randy Simpson.

There will be no services due to her being cremated and reuniting her cremains with her husband Harold Shiver, so they can rest eternally together.

Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.
