NICHOLE MCINTOSH

Johnston City–Nichole McIntosh 22, of Johnston City, passed away on Sunday November 15, 2009 at 8:42 A.M. at the Herrin Hospital.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday November 18, 2009, at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at funeral home.

Nichole was born on November 3, 1987 in West Frankfort, the daughter of Randy and Vickie (Thompson) McIntosh.

Nichole finished Johnston City High School in 2005. She was outgoing and made friends easily.

She is survived by her father and mother Randy and Theresa McIntosh of Pittsburg; her Mother, Vickie Wilson and fiancé Dane of Herrin; two daughters, Ashtyn and Whitlea McIntosh of home; two sisters, Kristy McIntosh and boyfriend Monty of Herrin, Leighanna McIntosh; three brothers, J.P. Wilson of Royalton, Allan Chamizo of Johnston City, and Aston McIntosh of Home; aunts and uncles, Bob and Jackie McIntosh of West Frankfort, Pete and Jenny McIntosh of Johnston City, Larry and Missy McIntosh of Anna, Jane and John McCaleb of Johnston City, Brenda and Ronnie Litton of Johnston City, Karen Duigiud, Carla and Steve Hermann, Lori and Dwayne Whittington, and Steve Thompson; maternal grandmother, Shirley Tulo of Herrin; special friend, Jeremy Payne of Benton; a niece and nephew, Molli and Jackson Vancil; several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pauline and Aston Bud McIntosh; maternal grandfather, Hubert Allan Thompson; one uncle Buddy Gail McIntosh.
