NIKKI L. OWENS

Marion-Nikki L. Owens 64 passed away on Monday August 27, 2018 at 8:23P.M. in the Liberty Village in Marion.

Services will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday September 8, 2018 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with her daughter Teresa Messamore officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon Saturday at the funeral home.

Nikki passed on after a long, hard battle with kidney disease. Her Lord saw her grow tired and weak and called her home to battle no more.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents, William B. and Patricia A. Owens; a brother, Randy S. Owens. Although they will be missed deeply, we can rejoice knowing they are together in the Lord's presence.

Nikki's memories will live on.

She is survived by a brother, Jai Owens and wife Aimee of Stiritz/Johnston City; a daughter, Teresa Messamore and husband Harold of Herrin; three grandchildren, Leigh Naas and husband Jeremy, and children, Sky (11), Deacon (7), Gabriel (5), Kaylee (3) and Grace (1) all of McLeansboro; Hailey Messamore and boyfriend Michael Dewitt, son Michael (1) all of Herrin; Paige Hayes and husband Cecil and children, Brayden (8), and Bethany (14) all of Stiritz/Johnston City.
