PHYLLIS J. WATSON

Johnston City-Phyllis J. Watson, 73 of Johnston City passed away at 10:35 A.M. on Saturday May 11, 2013 at her family home.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday May 13, 2013 at Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City with Sr. Catherine Wellinghoff officiating. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the cemetery.

Phyllis was born on August 22, 1939 in Johnston City the daughter of Louie and Angeline (Broglio) Caron. She married William D. Watson on June 6, 1959 in Johnston City. He preceded her in death on October 25, 2008.

She was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith. She loved her home and to cook. She was a very good seamstress. She had a kind heart and was willing to help anyone.

She is survived by her daughter, Rena Renee Watson of Johnston City; cousins, Jean Alyce and Charles Shukites of Johnston City; 2 sister-in-laws, Linda Caron of Muncie, IN and Nancy Halliburton of Bellville; a niece, Kelly Halliburton of Bellville; a nephew Mike Halliburton of St. Louis, MO; and a niece, Cindy Catt of Muncie, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Deana Jean Watson; and a brother, Louie Caron Jr.
