PIERINA CASTRALE
Johnston City-Pierina Castrale, 90 of Johnston City passed away at 12:30 A.M. Monday January 28, 2013 at the Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday February 2, 2013 at the St. Paul's Catholic Church in Johnston City. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery of Johnston City. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the church. Murman & Wilson Funeral Home of Johnston City is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Pierina was born on September 7, 1922 in Johnston City the daughter of Bartolomeo and Maria (Giacomelli) Castrale.

Pierina worked for the Department of Public Aid. She was a member of the St. Paul's Catholic Church.

She is survived by two nieces, Karen Crisel and husband Jerry of Mt. Vernon and Dr. Linda Gray and husband David of Honea Path, SC; one great niece, Lauren Welker; and three great nephews, Kyle Welker, Todd Gray, and Alex Crisel.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Arduino Castrale; and one sister, Carmelina Castrale.
