PORTER JAMESON OSTER
Johnston City-Porter Jameson Oster, of Phoenix, AZ two month old son of Jeffrey Miles Oster and Divina, passed away in the arms of Jesus at 3:04 a.m. Wednesday May 3, 2017 in Abrazo West Campus Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday May 13, 2017 at the Murman & Wilson Funeral Home in Johnston City with Br. Nick Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the Funeral home.

Memorials will be accepted at the funeral home to assist the family with expenses. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Porter is survived by his parents of Phoenix, AZ; paternal grandparents, Jeff Oster of St. Louis, MO and Carrie Howard of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; maternal grandparents, Doug and Kelly Kirby of Johnston City; paternal great grandparents, Leon and Nell Howard of Vienna; maternal great grandparents, Bonnie Kirby of Johnston City and Claudia Riggs; aunts and uncles, Andy and Lindsay Hannon of Boone, N.C., Atheana Hamedi, Amber Edwards, Cerria Kirby, Brianna Kirby, Douglas Kirby, Gefferie Most, Stephan Kirby; special aunt, Heather Ferrira of Phoenix, AZ; cousins, Eva and Jax Hannon, Dakota and Lacy Edwards, Cloe and Devin Kirby, Timothy Rice, Gabriel Hamedi, and Ayden Downs; several uncles, aunts and many cousins.

Porter was preceded in death by a sister, Adelyn Kirby; paternal great grandparents, Tom and Elouise Oster; maternal great grandparents, Kenneth Kirby and James Hansen; and an aunt, Dasha Kirby.

Porter, you were held briefly in our arms, and now you will forever be in our hearts. We love you.
