RANDY "MARK" HARPER JR.

Carterville-Randy "Mark" Harper Jr. 40 of Carterville formerly of Johnston City passed away at 12:36 A.M. on Monday December 5, 2016 at the Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.

Mark is survived by his fiancée, Ronda Davis of Carterville; father, Randy Harper and wife Cindy of Johnston City; mother, Roberta Montgomery of Mason City; siblings, Brandy Miles, Jeremy Ridings and wife Lindsey, Christa Ramsey, Rachelle Montgomery; children, Cole, Daemon, John, Kierra, Deidra, and Bryson; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Mark was a loving father, friend, brother, son, and nephew. He loved being a carpenter, animals, fishing, working on motorcycles and cars. He was always willing to help anyone in need. Mark was a member of Dark Horse Ministries.

Per his request he was cremated.

There will be a celebration of his life Saturday December 10, 2016 at Family Worship Center in Johnston City from 12:00 noon to 1:00 P.M. with Brad Dexter officiating. He will be missed and in our hearts forever.
