Sherman Boyd

Sherman Boyd passed away at 1:15pm March 25 ^th , 2019 at the age of 96 peacefully at His residence in Pittsburg, Illinois surrounded by His family and friends.

Sherman was born on June 12, 1922 to Frank and Myrtle Boyd.

He served His country during World War Two in the United States Army, and later worked for the Federal Government, and the State Government before going into business for Himself.

He was a Shriner and a member of the Pittsburg Freewill Baptist Church in Pittsburg, Illinois.

He is survived by His wife Colleen Boyd and 2 children and 3 step children along with their Spouses.

He is also survived by 1 sister.

He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren,

Sherman Boyd funeral arrangements are as follows.

Friday March 29 ^th 2019 at the Pittsburg Freewill Baptist Church

Family visitation will be 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Public Visitation will be 11:00 am till 1:00 pm

Funeral will be at 1:00 pm conducted by Rev. Eddie Donelson.

Internment will be at the Davis Prairie Cemetery.

He will be missed by one and all.
